A festival stage transformed into an organic, performative landscape.
The Spilt Milk Stage design redefines the festival experience through bold architectural intervention. The stage structure is conceived as an immersive landscape rather than a mere backdrop — audiences inhabit the design, rather than simply observe it. Organic forms echo the Cape Fynbos biome, creating dramatic sightlines and a perceived kinetic flow for performers and spectators alike.
This is architecture as performance, where the wild aesthetic of the land informs the gathering of people, blurring the lines between built form and natural spectacle.
