Who We Are
Wildetecture was born from a refusal to accept the ordinary. Based in Cape Town at 160 Sir Lowry Road, we are a creative design collective that operates across architecture, furniture, sculpture, product design, and art.
Our philosophy — Perceived Kinetic Architecture — is the belief that the best design appears to be in perpetual motion. Frozen at the moment of maximum dynamic tension. Alive.
We draw from the wild beauty of the African landscape, the structural genius of its wildlife, the bold colour language of African Fauvism, and the raw energy of Cape Town's street culture. The result is design that is unmistakably African and unmistakably Wildetecture.

Our Manifesto
"We design buildings, furniture, sculpture, and art. But above all, we design experiences that make you feel something."
Real human controlled creative thought and skills are one of the keys to living this life. We push individual human intelligent creative artistic expressions — the pure human driven creative artistic line. These wildetecture pieces are a raw reminder of a creative life rooted in authentic experience.
What We Do
Residential and public buildings that embody perceived kinetic design — structures that appear alive, in motion, rooted in their African context.
Sculptural furniture that doubles as art. Each piece in the Wildetect series is a functional sculpture — bringing wild drama into everyday spaces.
From parametric surfboards to lighting sculptures, our product design applies architectural thinking to objects of everyday use and cultural significance.
Large-scale sculptures and original artworks exploring African Fauvism — bold colour, expressive line, and the raw energy of the African continent.
Festival and event stage designs that transform performance spaces into landscapes. Architecture as backdrop, architecture as experience.
Speculative architectural visions derived from African wildlife and ecosystems — buildings that learn from the wild world's millions of years of design evolution.
Wearable Wildetecture — clothing and accessories that carry the wild aesthetic into the body. African Fauvism you can wear.
Interior environments that extend the Wildetecture philosophy indoors — where every surface, material, and object tells a coherent story.
The Collective

Design Director & Blogger
Quinton is the studio's philosopher and provocateur. Through the QJD Design blog, he articulates the ideas behind Wildetecture — challenging design orthodoxy and championing authentic human creative expression.
Design Director
Warren's approach is architectural in the truest sense — every element considered, every material chosen with intent. He brings structural rigour to the studio's wild creative impulses.
Partner
Dean brings a raw, instinctive design energy to every project. His work is informed by a deep love of African wildlife, the Cape landscape, and the belief that the best design is always slightly dangerous.
